Please understand that when you forget or cancel/reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, this affects my livelihood and waste a lot of my precious time.

My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text/email or call because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago.

​

I understand that sometimes you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment and I kindly request 48 hours notice so that I can offer your time slot to another client. In the event of a 'last minute' cancellation (including rescheduling) a cancellation fee of 30 % of the booked treatment will be charged to you, please honour this and make payment promptly.

Cancellation of complimentary appointments (including but not limited to prizes, promotional exchanges, gifted appointments) with less than 36 hours notice incur forfeiture of any and all promised discounts or redemptions. The appointment may be rebooked at the standard cost advertised on the Services page.

No Shows

A "no-show' is when you are either 20mins or more late or do not arrive for your appointment

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice you will be asked to pay 70% of the cost of your booked treatment.

Facebook Competitions

Terms & Conditions 

 

• One Entry per person on Nails by Sean Alexandra Facebook Page

• ‘Share’ must be set to ‘public’ so that Nails by Sean Alexandra can see it on your wall

• A human Facebook friend must be tagged in the original competition thread

• All entries to be made by the date stipulated on the competition in order to stand a chance to win 

• Prize winners must accept the prize via a private message on Facebook or by calling Nails by Sean Alexandra; if a prize is not accepted/claimed and redeemed (an appointment must be booked)  the prize winner will be redrawn or forfieted

• The prize/appointment must be collected/ attended by the date stipulated in the competition rules. Only one reschedule is allowed. The prize will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or the winner is a no show to the booked appointment. 36 hours notice must be given to cancel/reschedule. Note Cancellation Policy Above.

• The prizes (appointment for nails) must be collected (appointment attended) at Nails by Sean Alexandra Salon in Governors Bay

• Prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

• The use of vulgar language or racist/derogatory or demeaning remarks/comments on Nails by Sean Alexandra Facebook Page eliminates the entrant from the competition and/or prize redemption.
